JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1 stick butter
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 c. raisins

Melt butter, add sugar, eggs, pecans, coconut, raisins, vinegar and vanilla. Pour into unbaked crust and bake 1 hour at 350°F.
