JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
2 pie shells (Pet Ritz deep dish are fine); set aside
2 sticks butter
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. each: coconut, raisins, chopped walnuts

Mix ingredients together. Pour into 2 pie shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until golden brown. Serves 6-8. Makes 2 pies; freeze beautifully.
