SPINACH FANDANGO | |
1 clove garlic or garlic powder 2 onions, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 2 tbsp. basil 2 tbsp. oregano 1 tsp. sugar 2 pkg. frozen spinach, drained & squeezed dry 1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese Sliced mushrooms 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese Saute garlic and onions in butter. Add ground chuck. Brown. Stir in spices. Add spinach and cottage cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with mushrooms and shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
