LEMON PUDDING CAKE | |
1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. all purpose flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs, separated 1 c. milk 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Beat egg yolks. Add milk, lemon juice, lemon rind; beat well. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into lemon mixture. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole. Place casserole in a pan of warm water. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. |
