CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1/2 c. green creme de menthe
2 eggs
1 c. water

TOPPING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
1/4 c. green creme de menthe

ALSO NEEDED:

1 can Hershey's fudge ice cream topping

Mix first 4 ingredients on high for 4 minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Spread 1 can of Hershey's Topping on cake. Then mix Cool Whip with 1/4 cup creme de menthe.

Spread over fudge topping. Sprinkle with shaved Hershey's bar or chocolate sprinkles. Cool 2 hours before serving.
