MEXICAN HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 can taco sauce
1 c. grated cheese
1 doz. tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Add soups, chilies, and taco sauce. Layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese in casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and cheese is melted.
