EGGS & BACON SOUFFLE | |
9 slices buttered white bread 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced 6 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper Trim and cube bread. Put in buttered glass 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread cheese, mushrooms and bacon. Combine eggs and milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bread mixture. Set overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
