ITALIAN PASTA SALAD 
1 1/2 c. shell macaroni
2 c. broccoli florets
1 c. cauliflower florets
1 c. broccoflower florets (optional)
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 (6 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 c. ripe olives, sliced, pitted
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
2/3 c. Italian salad dressing of your choice
1 med. ripe avocado, seeded, peeled & sliced
1 lg. tomato, chopped

Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. In a large bowl combine macaroni and all vegetables except avocado and tomato. Add Italian dressing and toss gently. Chill. When ready to serve, add avocado and tomato and toss gently. Makes 12 servings.
