SKILLET CORNBREAD WITH SAUSAGE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 eggs
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 boxes corn muffin mix
1 1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pimiento

Saute sausage in electric skillet until partly browned. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into electric skillet with lid on, set at 350 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
