WILD RICE STUFFING FOR FOWL 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cooked diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chicken broth

Wash wild rice with cold water. Boil in salted water until tender but not soft. Melt butter in frying pan; add onion and celery, cook until transparent. Add mushrooms, broth. Add the wild rice, mix lightly but well. Stuff fowl.
