WILD RICE STUFFING 
1 1/3 c. wild rice
4 strips bacon
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
3 c. croutons
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. apple, diced
1/4 tsp. sage
3/4 c. chicken stock or bouillon

Prepare wild rice. Cook bacon. Saute onion and celery in bacon fat until tender. Combine all ingredients. Stuff bird.
