CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 sleeve saltine crackers
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 to 2 lbs. cabbage, chopped

Chop and cook cabbage in salted water. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Put layers of crackers, layer of cabbage, layer of cheese. On next layer of crackers sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour, then cabbage and cheese. Melt 1 stick butter and add to remainder of crackers. Put on top. Heat 1 cup milk and 1/2 stick butter, pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
