GLORIFIED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage

WHITE SAUCE AS FOLLOWS:

4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. diced Velveeta
2 c. milk

1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut cabbage coarse. Cook in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Melt butter, add flour and blend. Add milk gradually and stir in cheese until thick and smooth.

Alternate cabbage and sauce in buttered casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 8.
