1 pie crust 1 c. sliced potatoes 1 tbsp. sliced onion, more if desired 1/4 lb. ground beef Salt and pepper Place 1 crust in pie pan. On 1 half of the crust, place potatoes and hamburger mixture and then sprinkle onions on top of that mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fold the other half of crust up over ingredients and seal, by pressing crust together, so that it will not leak. Do not poke with fork to make holes in crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
