BAKED FISH FILLETS IN MUSTARD
SAUCE
 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen fish fillets, partially thawed, cut in 4 blocks
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. thyme

Place fish in lightly greased shallow baking dish; set aside. In bowl, mix well mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and thyme; pour over fish. Bake uncovered in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Makes 4 servings.

For microwave oven assemble as above. Cover and cook on high 6 minutes, turning dish twice. Let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
