ITALIAN SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
SAUCE:

1 qt. tomato juice or tomatoes
1 qt. Ragu Spaghetti sauce or some favorite brand
Mushrooms (optional)
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of hot pepper sauce, optional

Saute:

1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 med. sweet pepper, chopped fine
Garlic, if desired
1 can tomato paste
1/3 - 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix all this in large pot. Brown 1 or 2 pork chops--add to sauce.

STEP 2:

2 lbs. ground chuck or hamburger
3 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Form meatballs. Brown meatballs and put them in sauce and simmer slowly. Cover for an hour or so.

STEP 3:

Cook spaghetti. Serve spaghetti sauce and meatballs over cooked spaghetti.
