ITALIAN SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger (lean)
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 bread heals, break into sm. pieces
1 egg
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or minced garlic
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Mix all of the above thoroughly. Roll into balls. Drop into boiling tomato sauce. Cook on low, minimum 1 1/2 hours. Cook longer for added flavor.

SAUCE:

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
8 oz. water
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion

Stir together. Bring to slow boil. Turn down heat to low and simmer (can add water to desired consistency - sauce will thicken as it cooks).

Serve over 1 1/2 pounds of spaghetti or pasta, cooked until tender. Serves 6.
