CHILIE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. can Ortega green chilies
9 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
9 oz. Jack cheese, grated
4 eggs
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 can Ortega chili salsa

Oil casserole lightly. Layer chilies (slit open and lay out). Top with a layer of cheddar, layer of Jack another layer of chilies, again a layer of cheddar and Jack. Beat other ingredients (except salsa) pour over casserole. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees and remove from oven 15 minutes. Pour salsa over and return for 10 minutes. Makes a nice accompaniment for steak, chicken, etc.
