CHILE CASSEROLE 
3 (7 oz.) cans Ortega green chilies (whole or chopped)
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs, separate & beat (fold in whites)
3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Grease casserole. Split chilies and scatter over bottom. Put grated cheese on top of chilies. Pour batter over chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until set. 4 to 6 servings.
