CHICKEN AUGRATIN 
2 boneless chicken breasts
3/4 c. Italian salad dressing
3 slices cheese
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs or cornflake crumbs
3-4 tbsp. butter
Garlic
Paprika
Parmesan cheese

Marinate chicken in Italian dressing 1 hour.

In a small frying pan melt butter and remove from heat. Add bread crumbs. Stir until moist (add more butter if needed). Sprinkle garlic, paprika and Parmesan cheese to taste. Set aside.

Charbroil or broil in oven on low rack to prevent burning, cook until almost completely done. Remove from oven and turn down to 400 degrees. Place sliced mozzarella on chicken. Lightly pat bread crumbs onto cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is melted 7-10 minutes.

Serves 2.
