CHICKEN ALMOND ORANGE 
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped almonds
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. concentrated orange juice, thawed & undiluted
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine bread crumbs, almonds, salt, pepper and parsley; mix well. Combine orange juice, concentrate and butter. Dip chicken breasts into orange butter mixture, then into crumb mixture. Bake in a shallow baking dish at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
