COCONUT CHESS PIE 
1 c. coconut
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
3 well-beaten eggs
1 unbaked pie shell
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice or Real Lemon

Mix sugar and flour. Set aside. Beat eggs well. Add butter, syrup, sugar and flour; beat well. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Beat well. Add coconut, mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees. (Lemon juice cuts sweetness taste.)
