MAKE AHEAD HAMBURGER MIX 
4 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Brown ground beef and onions. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes about 5 pints.
