LEMON MERINGUE PIE 
1 can condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon rind, grated
2 egg yolks
1 vanilla wafer crust
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon rind and egg yolks; pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and beat again. Top meringue on pie.
