BBQ CHICKEN WINGS 
5 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. sherry
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. soy sauce
2 minced garlic cloves

Cut off tips of wings and discard. Cut wings into 2 pieces at joint. Place in shallow baking pan in single layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine all sauce ingredients in saucepan and bring to a simmer. Pour over wings and continue baking 2 hours longer, turning occasionally until sauce has been absorbed and wings are deeply glazed.
