CHILE-BEAN WARM UP 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 can (4 oz.) Ortega diced green chilies
1 can (1 lb.) refried beans
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Jack cheese

Saute onion in butter, add chilies, refried beans and one cup cheese (1/2 cheddar and 1/2 Jack). Mix and spoon into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) for 15 minutes, or until heated throughout. (Perfect as a side dish vegetable. Also, a great dip for tortilla chips or an excellent hot spread for tortillas).
