GOLDEN OATMEAL MUFFINS | |
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned) 1 egg 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 c. milk Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a bowl. Stir in oats and add remaining ingredients. Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill greased medium muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees about 15 minutes. Very good for breakfast. |
