AUNT EVE THREE BEANS SALAD 
1 lb. can French green beans
1 lb. can wax beans
1 lb. kidney beans
1 c. water chestnuts
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Make the day before.

Drain the vegetables and put into a bowl. Mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables and mix together.
