BAKED CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 sm. box quick cooking rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 sm. can mushrooms (optional)
3 or 4 chicken breasts or 1 (3 lb.) chicken cut into serving pieces
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Spread rice on bottom of a large shallow baking pan. I line pan with foil. Blend soups, milk and mushrooms well and pour over rice. Stir slightly. Place chicken on top of mixture with skin side up. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the whole mixture. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
