YUMMY CRUNCH CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (13 oz.) container Cool Whip

Crust: Combine flour, butter, pecan, and sugar. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees (you may also use 2 baked pie crust).

Filling: Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold Cool Whip into cheese/sugar mixture. Spread over cool crust.

Top:

Use one of the following:

1 can cherry pie filling.

1 box chocolate pudding; mix according to package directions. Top with Cool Whip.

Sliced bananas and blueberry pie filling.

Create your own topping.
