SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. potatoes
1/2 c. sugar (can add more if desired)
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. flour

Cook and mash potatoes. Combine potatoes, sugar, salt, 1/2 stick butter, milk and vanilla. Put in 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole. Combine brown sugar, flour, nuts and 1/3 cup butter until crumbly. Spread over sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
