CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
Dash of salt
1 c. canned milk
3 egg yolks (reserve whites for meringue)
1 cooked pie crust
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Cook in saucepan on top of stove until thickened, then add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons of butter and pour into pie crust (already cooked). Beat 3 egg whites to make meringue (add 2 tablespoons sugar per egg white). Place in 300 degree oven until meringue is brown.
