CLUB CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked chicken
1 c. chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 jar pimientos
1 (3 oz.) can of mushrooms
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
Salt
Pepper

Cook chicken with small amount of onion, celery and carrots for flavor. Chop chicken and vegetables and mix with other ingredients and put in casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
