FRUIT JUICE DESSERT 
Juice of 2 oranges and 1 lemon
1 tbsp. gelatin
1 c. fine sugar
3 lg. eggs
1 c. boiling water

Beat yolks of eggs with sugar and fruit juice well. Add gelatin dissolved in cup of boiling water, then add slightly beaten whites of eggs. Pour into glass dish and place in refrigerator to set.
