EXCELLENT HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 large pkg. hash browns
1 lb. ground beef, browned with onion
1 box frozen peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream with chives
1 small pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 can onion rings

Put hash browns in a buttered large roaster or casserole. Top with beef and onions. Sprinkle with peas. Combine soups and sour cream and spread over peas; sprinkle with cheese. Top with onion rings.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or more.
