COOL CRAB SALAD 
1 lb. crab meat, picked twice
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. frozen tiny peas
2 full tsp. pimiento, diced
2 tbsp. very finely chopped green pepper
12 sm. snow pea pods (cook ahead 2-3 minutes)
3 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
Approx. 2 tsp. green tops only from green onion, no more
Coarsely ground pepper to taste
Approx. 1/2 c. sour cream (preferably non-fat, low-fat)
Cayenne pepper (don't over do)

Or use imitation crab meat pieces. Mix all ingredients and chill.
