CRAB FRUIT SALAD WITH LEMON
TARRAGON DRESSING
 
1 1/2 lb. Alaska snow crab clusters
1 avocado, peel and slice
1 banana, peel and spear
1 red apple, wedged
8 sm. grape clusters
Lettuce

LEMON TARRAGON DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. tarragon, crushed
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Rinse crab under cool water. Cut crab clusters into serving size pieces. Score backs of leg sections. Use large knife or kitchen shears. Arrange crab and fruits on bed of lettuce. Serves 4. Serve with dressing.
