LOW - SODIUM, LOW - CHOLESTEROL
TARRAGON SALAD DRESSING
 
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/8 tsp. ground ginger
Garlic powder (if desired)

Combine first five ingredients. Crumble oregano and tarragon leaves and add to mixture. Add remaining spices and mix well. Refrigerate. Yield: 1 cup.
