LAYERED SALAD 
1 head shredded lettuce
1/2 c. purple cabbage
2 thinly sliced carrot
2 sticks celery, sliced
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
4 oz. cubed cheddar cheese
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion rings
1/2 c. crumbled bacon
4 boiled chopped eggs
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix mayonnaise and sugar together and spread over top of layered ingredients; be sure to seal to edge of bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
