WORLD'S BEST SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. onions, chopped 1 c. cheese, grated 1 can chicken soup 2 c. corn flakes, crushed & mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter Heat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw potatoes and mix with other ingredients except corn flakes mixture. Place potatoes in a 3 quart casserole. Spread the corn flake mixture on top of the potatoes and bake 45 minutes. |
