ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 beaten eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sharp grated cheese

Mix ingredients and bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
