BEST BUNS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 c. butter
4 c. warm water
2 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. salt
16-17 c. flour

At 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water; set aside. Melt butter, cool and add 4 cups warm water, sugar, eggs and salt. Beat in 8 cups flour until smooth; add yeast. Add 8 to 9 cups flour. Knead. Let rise 3 hours. Punch down. Make into buns, cinnamon rolls or whatever. Let rise until morning. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes for cinnamon rolls. Makes a lot. I let it rise up in my large canner pan.
