MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. pork sausage
Finely chopped onion
1 egg
12 crushed soda crackers
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger

Form in ball and brown. Take out of pan and make gravy, quite thin. Put meatballs in the gravy and simmer about 1/2 hour. May freeze.
