2 c. leftover stew beef or roast beef, cut up in cube size pieces with broth 2 c. white potatoes, diced 1 beef bouillon cube 1 sm. onion, chopped Cook potatoes in water along with the beef bouillon. When potatoes are almost done, add onion, beef, and broth. Cook until potatoes are tender. Serve with toss salad |
