BEEF HASH 
2 c. leftover stew beef or roast beef, cut up in cube size pieces with broth
2 c. white potatoes, diced
1 beef bouillon cube
1 sm. onion, chopped

Cook potatoes in water along with the beef bouillon. When potatoes are almost done, add onion, beef, and broth. Cook until potatoes are tender. Serve with toss salad

My mom would prepare this meal and so delicious. The best way to serve is fried in a cast iron pan or any frying pan to get a brown crust which I love. You can also mix mashed potatoes together with the beef and chopped onions to get same results. MMMMMM so good. Enjoy.
