PORK SPARE RIBS 
4 lbs. pork ribs
1 white onion
1 c. ketchup
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper

Place ribs, meaty side up in roasting pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain off fat. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake again, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rice or noodles.
