ORANGE - PINEAPPLE JELLO MOLD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) carton light cream

In saucepan, put can of crushed pineapple; pour in powdered Jello from box. Stir and heat to boil. In mixing bowl, place softened cream (cut in small pieces) and pour cream in. Mix until blended. Add hot Jello pineapple mixture and blend with mixer. Pour in Jello mold and refrigerate overnight. Dump Jello mold on flat plate and garnish with fresh orange slices or mandarin oranges. (Can substitute strawberry Jello and frozen strawberries in sauce or lime Jello with pineapple.)
