LADY FINGER CHEESE CAKE 
2 1/2 pkgs. lady fingers
8 oz. + 3 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. whipping cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 can topping (your choice)

Whip cream cheese, softened, and whipping cream, and vanilla and sugar in a big bowl until heavy, thick and pourable (use hand mixer).

Line bottom and sides of springform pan with lady fingers. Add 1/2 of mixture. Place another layer of lady fingers on top. Add remaining mixture. Put topping on and refrigerate overnight.
