ALMOND ROCA 
2 cubes butter
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. almonds
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, to hard crack stage. Pour in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips, then almonds. Let cool. Break into bite-size pieces.
