ALMOND ROCA COOKIES 
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
1 c. butter
2 c. flour

Mix and spread thickly on ungreased 9x12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Melt 1 large semi-sweet chocolate bar and spread over slightly cooled cookies. Sprinkle with finely chopped almonds and cut while warm.
