ALMOND ROCA COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 lg. Hershey bar
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 pkg. sliced almonds

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg yolk and vanilla; add flour and mix well. Spread on ungreased 10x15 inch cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Melt large Hershey bar and spread on cooled cookie mix. Sprinkle almonds on top. Cut into squares and chill.
